you remove the partition from the storage board and, reload firmware , if it still wont take firmware after partiton removed the storage board is stuffed

Are you going to firmware screen after pushing the upper button on back of control panel?

have you done what I suggested, boot the device while holding the sub power button, it will use the 3 led lights to diagnose the possible cause, let us know if they are static or flashing, if so, which are static and which are flashing

Haven't done it myself but my tech told me it's possible - guess that trick won't work in all scenarios though. I'm also not shure if you need an external keypad or if you can show up the soft key pad from the FW / diag tool area somehow.

OK that sounds promising can you ask your techs about more detailed info?

                how was the GXX used?
the FW000xx should be the only thing in the root and ive seen it take 7-10 minutes to execute.
front panel install, hold red button to boot to stick
see black dot, go get lunch, may be a while.
                good luck

                  Re: I Series C250i C360i Stuck At 25%

In my experience, I only had to replace the CPU board when the copier randomly locked up or randomly restarted. In one case it was a DF board that was dragging the copier down, restarting while printing and scanning at the same time. I had very good results by using ssd adaptor and running Diskpart in the command prompt. Open diskpart as admin user then list disk command, select disk 1,2 or whatever the SSD is connected command, then Clean command. Have Disk Management open in another window. Use that to activate SSD and format it.
Plug it in with the new FW usb. Will take a bit longer to do the FW, give it a good 15 min.
Or same as above but do a copier reset 1st using a tar file. Plug the formatted SD and turn it on with USB FW. Before FW begins to update set the correct machine and type (very important)
Also worth noting if you are using a new 96 level or 112 I think it is it probably won't work if your boot is not up to date. So using an old version of SSD or updating Boot on its own 1st will be required.
Please note, the 2nd procedure will wipe everything so a complete setup will be required. Pain in the ars but if you are familiar with Konicas will take you 10 min.
I recovered every lock-up I came across using 1st or second procedure and never had to replace a single SSD so far. (CPU boards, yes)
                  Hope that helps.

This is valid opinion and is what we seen here about CPU boards. As for SSDs I will try your method and report back.

I manage to get the tar file I did step as below

                            1. use diskpart to clean
                            2. disk management to activate it
                            3. use reset tar file
                            4. put In the f/w .

But the machine still don't take the f/W . I let it run for 1 hour but stuck at dot screen.
