[Error Code] Konica 654 error code D012

Are there any independent Konica techs in the Detroit/Southeastern Michigan area that want to do a service call on my Konica c654 .
Apparently it was wiped by the dealer and now I have a d012 code.
Not sure how to load/update firmware. Thanks

first things first, remove the back cover and make sure there IS a HDD mounted.
you can go into service mode and disable the hdd and see if the code goes away.
as far as firmware or movie data i think i can help you there, you are a contributor
let me know if there is a working hdd mounted and we can go from there

Yes, it has the HDD

my suggestion is to disconnect hdd and cable go into service mode and disable the hdd and reboot, see if the code goes away.
if it does you can either replace the HDD or try to format it (logical, never physical) and i think i sent you the link for movie data too.

depending how it was wiped, you may only need to do a logical format on the drive. looks by the code to have been formatted physically.

• Remedy:1 Logically format the hard disk and then upgrade the firmware. 2 Replace the hard disk.
