i hate this model( and service tech site ), replace 2 new iu k , agg fw at last version and forced fast stiiring
but work 2 week ang again error tcr k% at 10%
now have another shit whit 2554 tcr m 10%
anyone have a definetly solution???????????????

check your toner hopper unit ?

what's the counter u get after 2 week ?

This doesn't have a toner hopper, toner goes from bottle, straight into IU - have you double checked the customer has removed the tape from the toner bottle, also- I've just had this, can you take the toner bottle out, and manually turn it, i had a bottle clogged up

Repeat from start again.

i already did 2 time
now : manual stirring oly i.u and machine work , only TCR 6,2 but this is bad!!!!!
total couter 5000 and 3 i.u k

New Firmware GC2-Q9 is recommended.

"2. Prevent abnormally high toner density detected TCR sensor (C2552/C2554/C2556/C2558) after initial setup of the machine or replacing IU."

On all these smaller machines if I have a problem with toner I take the HV unit out and clean the contacts and springs with a green scrub pad.

Not necessarily. I have exactly the same problem on the Bizhub PRO 958.
If the device is left unused for more than 2-3 weeks, then the toner starts to clump together and turns into stones.
I have described all the symptoms above. The problem is in reducing the diameter of the toner to increase DPI.
