Bizhub C364e stuck on for bars

Hi folks ,

bizhub c364e stuck on 4 bars. Installed new SSD and fresh firmware- same result , Dimm was changed no luck again. Installed firmware and all was complete. Behind on the mfp shining 3 leds and in front panel shining sub power - blue and start button orange. In some time as machine is on 4 bars start button stop shining and behind isntead of 3 leds shining 2 leds. Any idea ?

did you boot to a firmware stick and enter the proper machine and type?
should not show FF

for sure firmware machine and type are correct! I think for Bizhub C364e is 3-1 !

Do you have explanation about red leds on the mfp , what they mean , i think is a code and if we know what mean we can find a the problem. Is it have also mfp ICP list and location to check them 1 by 1 ?

Nothing I've heard of. Remove any options and do firmware again.

Adf is disconnected and PC110 too, not other option attached. My firmware is G20-J9, did you prefer other Ver ?

Firmware is old but as long as it takes it should be good enough. However I would do update with one of latest versions just in case.

You may have a failing HDD if you have a spare try that.

You could also try the NVRam reset tool.

Hdd was swapped with other and Tar file was tried , nothing. This machine make me crazy.

why not try get new ram ?
4 bar but can't boot can try ram 😊
