    IC-414 Fiery disassembly Konica C754E

    Hi everyone
I have a customer with a Konica C754 with this warning message "Turn on controller"
Considering that the customer is no longer needed Fiery is there any particular procedure for removal?

    Thank you

Remove Fiery & interface board on rear of machine. Then go into service mode (System 2, Image controller) and set controller to "0". That is all you have to do.

technically you don't have to physically remove it, just changing the controller type to 0 will ignore the fiery and interface board and use only the emperon embedded one. just power it off and remove the network cables
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

Synthohol is correct if you don't want to remove. But since you asked specifically "is there any particular procedure for removal" I posted on how to remove. Not a big deal to remove. Will take maybe 10 mins at most.
Attached is the IC414 install instructions, just reverse procedure.
