Sliding panel with white display and error C-D411 Bizhub C454

Hello fellow Copytechnet!


I have a normal Konica c454 Sliding panel and the panel flat is bad and showing a white screen and C-D411.
I would like to know if there is any Firmware to change the analog panel to the Digital numeric panel on the screen when you click on counter.


If anyone knows of a version FW that does this, please let me know and thank you all in advance.

You can use the 'version up' firmware this will give the C454 the 'e' series key pad etc.

If both ends of the cable are tight then most likely the control panel is bad. We have seen a lot of these panels go bad and was one of the main reasons customers upgraded.

FYI, the "4 NON-E" series have both the hard keys and digital keypad as standard feature.

The cable has tracks with wear due to use, but with the panel closed it works normally but when I need to open it it gets a white screen and in this case I really wanted to isolate that.
I can't get the Original Flat Cable to buy here in Brazil.
The current firmware A2XK0Y0-F000-G20-72 of my C454 NON-E and it does not open the digital key, only the physical key.

And even though this is happening, digital does not display on the main screen.

Yes "72" was last F/W provided. That model is end of life status and has not been supported by Kon/Min since 2020!

Check both ends of the cable connecting the control panel to the machine. If the cable is securely plugged in and the error persists, the cable may be damaged and need to be replaced.
