Re: Bizhub C224e: Problem with printing cyan
Cyan developer dumping is a common issue most of the time because of over life drums shorting out. You will need to replace any overlife consumables, especially the cyan drum & add developer. Since dev units are so expensive I use aftermarket developer powder to fill dev unit that has dumped. Get level in state confirmation to 6+%
If you don't replace the over life consumables developer will dump again and you will go through this all over again!

Re: Bizhub C224e: Problem with printing cyan
Greetings kind strangers,
we recently got hold of a used Bizhub C224e that has a problem printing cyan (the other colors are printed correctly).
This is what the gradation test looks like (printed on A3).

Consumable life is given as follows:
Developing Unit 98%
Drum 69%
Transfer Roller 92%
Image transfer belt 69%
Can you point me into the right direction as to which unit may cause this problem?
Kind regardsLeave a comment:

Could be a Drum issue. Switch the cyan drum with the yellow ormagenta one and see if that changes anythingLeave a comment:
