Cyan developer dumping is a common issue most of the time because of over life drums shorting out. You will need to replace any overlife consumables, especially the cyan drum & add developer. Since dev units are so expensive I use aftermarket developer powder to fill dev unit that has dumped. Get level in state confirmation to 6+%
If you don't replace the over life consumables developer will dump again and you will go through this all over again!

Consumable life is given as follows:
    Developing Unit 98%
    Drum 69%
    Transfer Roller 92%
    Image transfer belt 69%

Can you point me into the right direction as to which unit may cause this problem?
    Kind regards
the developer unit is empty, you will need to determine why and refill, or better yet replace the cyan units. the charge system in the drum unit is probably fouled from toner mist.
