Konica C4070 GBC PUNCH G2 issue

Good afternoon knowledgeable people, I have a Konica C4070 with the G2 Punch as an option using a surelock punch die, it refuses to punch straight and true over the long term, we would get a skew jam at the paper exit just after punching that looks like one of the two step drives doesnt operation in sync with the other (rear not operating), these drive the 2 orange rollers at punch module exit.
    I have thus far:

replaced the 2 motors and belts,
the three sensors going into and out of the punch module itself
Cleaned all of the rubber and white rollers going into the punch section and relubed the white bearings that hold the white idle rollers in place
replaced all of the solenoids on the side leading into the punch
, replaced the punch control board.

when cold the punches look better but very slowly creep and skew to one side only. Everthing is rotating freely as best I can tell and image is straight on the page.

We dont see any jamming if we bypass the punch directly.

    Any assistance is appreciated.
    A.

I once had one where the belts were too tight.

Ah the older gbc unit had belts that got dirty on the input side but this one uses rollers for that. Thank you for the info however.

Anyone else here have any input for me?

      thanks!
