could anyone provide me a source for the last firmware for Konica Minolta C364e?

After the factory reset everything is gone e.g. functions like AirPrint

if AirPrint worked prior you shouldnt need firmware. from memory AirPrint wasnt even a option until you upgraded to a function version that supported it. Im guessing the SW25 has just reverted back to lower amount

Yes - AirPrint worked before.

Now it shows Version 2 in the device information.

Is it possible to restore prior function amount?

Set SW25 to HEX 60 in CE mode this will enable function version 7 after a power cycle.

You will then have the option to enable Airprint in Network settings.

The clearing procedure was "Clear All Data".

After that AirPrint was gone.

Now - the printer doesn't store the setting SW25 to HEX 60

The information I have says that you need FW version G20-J6 (G00-J6) or later to enable AirPrint.
I think G20-41 is function version 2 so it is interesting that it did work earlier.

I think G20-41 is function version 2 so it is interesting that it did work earlier.

I guess I had the wrong informations from the user.

The user was able to print from iPhone while the printer was recognized in it. I understood that was the AirPrint function.

After "clear all data" the printer is not recognized and shown by the iPhone. But it still can used to print at the laptop (Mac OS).

1. Can you tell me which FW ist newer or better: GDU-M1 oder G20-M1?

2. Is is possible to update it directly from G20-41 up? (or too big jump at once?)

3. Does anywhere exists a listing of all the releases of this firmwares?

After flashing G20-M1 AirPrint works, but has some issues.

The iPhone now sees the printer i can print. On the printer side the order comes but is discarded some times over and over again till it prints finally. In the order list this only one print order appears as many discarded orders.

Any idea?
