    C308 connection conundrum

I have a C308 that prints great, no problem there at all. But it can't be pinged, can't connect to the web interface and can't scan. I ordered a new MFPB. Just curious if anyone has experienced such lunacy.

You were going to suggest replacing the MFPB? lol yeah, that's why I said that because I figured peeps would be screaming that.

No, actually I was starting out real simple and basic, but breezed over the first part about being able to print, so I had foolishly asked if the network lights on the port were working. We already know the answer to that however.

Did you go through Admin mode and make sure that it's even turned on? http server I mean.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

You can try to initialize the network setting data. That will also set all the protocol settings to default.
          Whatever

if network settings initialised packet filtering is enabled by default (in my marketing region anyway) and if what you are connecting to it from is on a different IP range this will give you these symptoms. Check the quick security settings.

Log into Admin mode on the screen of the machine not the web browser and disable SSL/TLS in TCP Socket Setting (Admin - Network - TCP Socket Setting) - You will re activate this later
then make sure Web Browser is enabled (Admin - Network - Web Browser Setting) - You might want to remove this from the front Menu screen later, but keep it enabled.
I think on a C308 you might need to get a license for web browser if it hasn't already got one, at: License Management System

Yes happened a couple of times. Did Initialize all and redo setup, that solved it but I like your idea and saved in text file - "can print-no ping-no PSWC-no scan"
