Long time ago in a galaxy far away I happened to have access for a year to MKM portal. I was impressed especially from invaluable All active solutions.
In EU site I'm not sure but it seems to me we lack many of solutions over the pond.

Just as I expected, I tried dozens of different search phrases but didn't get any hits for any of the i-series models + paper empty message on the U.S. KM knowledgebase.
I do wish these bulletins were published internationally.

I have not seen a bulletin or any mention of this at all in the US market.
Then again, the newly redesigned "Knowledge Base" in the US is even more useless than the original one was. I can never find anything in it, even things that I know are in it. If I do find something, nearly all of them that tell you to reference the included picture(s) or see the attached PDF, and the stuff is not even there. Sometimes it lists the PDF file name, but clicking it does nothing at all.

My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...
