hold down the yellow button while booting into trouble reset mode then access service mode.
once you are able to do it then id check the touchscreen for calibration.

Thank you, there is no problem on the screen, the problem is not being able to enter service mode.

Unfortunately, I don't know the password in that section.

Hi this is an HDD incorrectly formatted error. Personally I'm not handing out the CE password for you to access service mode from trouble reset but I can tell you a quick google search should find what you need. Had this error on a 258 the other day. Tried a Logical format of the HDD still had the error on boot also tried Physical which took 4 hours and still didn't resolve the issue. Then we disabled the HDD in service mode and disconnected it from the machine and we still got the error on boot. So at that point it was clearly a board issue. Replaced MFPB, Booted with MFP reset tool, Performed recover data when it eventually shows. Then after that I booted the machine up with latest firmware stick in and all is good again now.

So in a nutshell. Disconnect your HDD and disable in service mode. If you still get the same error chances are you have a defective board. If error clears with HDD disabled its your HDD which may be able to be saved by formatting in windows. Hope this helps.

That is a shortened form of the default admin password and it will not get you into service mode.

I can only assume that you are not a tech, so I will not provide you with the default service mode password. I can tell you that it has been shared in this forum hundreds of times. Perhaps a forum search will provide you with the information you need...

Did you replace storage board(SSD)?

You can also do format from Admin menu(no need of CE password).
