developer leaking on the ADU

i just did a developer change for BLACK a few weeks ago, every time i print i see a small pile of black developer on the adu.

so far i just been vacumming it up and continuing with the printing, i forsee some bigger issue from this may arise down the road.

What is causing this developer leak ? do i need to change a developer tank ? or waste is not draining down the end of the developer tank.

Any suggestions ?

have you inspected the waste tubes?
is the DV unit over 900k?

did you open the shutter while vacuuming out the old DV?
sorry, its hard to help diagnose blindly.

no dv unit is not over 900k

i found an interesting issue maybe our machine has a wonky frame, My colleague saw an error message to tighten the upper screw to the imaging engine while we never secured that screw for more than 10 years, we only ever secured the middle screw

Surprise, not securing the upper screw and just going back to the middle screw solved the developer leak.

maybe the door to our machine is wonky
