Bizhub 500 Quality issue with picture

I am heading out to the customers machine right now...have in shop machine to bring drum, developer, transfer sep just to trouble shoot. Thinking fixing motor clock timing or something I really don't quite know yet. This is an internal test print #1. It is also doing this when copying.

No luck...I have an in shop machine to swap parts with.....any suggestions. I stopped the machine mid print and I can tell you the drum looks good but the image is being put on before the fuser so I am thinking the back end of the print is whipping away from the drum...

Try a thicker piece of paper and see if it does the same thing.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

How many copies? Need a pm? A little more info might help.

Developer was replaced 93k ago, image on drum looks fine though, I think it is a contact issue with transfer sep. Depending on how easy it is I may take the side door/transfer door or certain parts of it off our machine and pop it on there just to get this thing down to an area. Customer is not in desperate situation as they only see this problem on higher coverage jobs.

Had similar issues in the past, cleaning T&S usually took care of it for me. Machines would dump into transfer and effect bias. cleaning wires would resolve. Have you tried a different T&S Unit?

Cleaning both trans/sep wires will work in some cases. Check the main charge wire also. Scotch brite all the copper grounding contacts on that door and frame while you are in there!
