At what count should the fuser be replaced on a C6500?

You don't have a deadline for the whole fusing unit in the service manual. But, from what I am remembering, fixing roller lower and paper exit roller should be changed at 200k, the fusing belt and sleeves 400k, gears and ball bearings at 600k. -
I'm almost at 2 million and I have only changed the belts.
So I guess that is pusing it?Comment

You are very lucky if your fusing unit is still working after 2 million without changing anything else but fusing belts. It is pushing it a little too much, you should have ready gears, ball bearings, sleeves and sensors near by. Anyway, it is a wonder that all the gears are still working and still are in one piece.Comment

Fuser units in my machines run happily 800K to 1 million copies without any problems...Comment

I'm not so lucky, I always have issues with the fusing units around every 200k.Comment

There are three gears with a "one way clutch" in it, i would recommend you to replace them every 600k copies, otherwise you can run into c-3102 errors
