konica 7075 code sc 46-91

The code appear when start a copy (on glass or DF ),at short time after Start key is pressed then the paper jam occur in horizontally section/
At internal prints (counter list, mangament list ) the paper sheet crossing trough copier, without code but paper it's blank.
Can you help me about this code ?

Two things that I could find first and most likly is T&S unit. Arching in corona. Broken wire, staple, something of that nature. Would explain error as well as blank copies. Next is as follows.
CAUSE: A poor connection on the image IF board or, with the memory modules.

SOLUTION: Access the image IF board and memory modules by removing the glass and the access plate in the scanner area. Reseat all connectors on the image IF board and reseat the memory modules on the image processing board.
