c450 is turning into an office heater

Hi the C450 in our office is getting unusually warm. You can feel it from a few feet away. Seems like the fuser temp is too high. I checked the temps:

Inside Temp: 29 C
Temp Belt: 195 C
Temp Pressure: 159 C
Humidity: 38%
Absolute Humidity: 10

What is the normal temperature for the Belt and Pressure? The belt seems really high.

Can I use the Fusing Temperature Adjustments to compensate?

I would replace all the filters and clean the fans..sound like the heat is not being disapated...all the readings look to be with range. Emujo
