Did anyone have problem with the trouble code cd282 on a Bizhub 420/500?

cd 282
Communication abnormality between the overall control board (OACB) and the scanner drive board (SDB). When the power switch (SW2) turn on, there is no SDB response.
Check cable and connectors

With the same error code? They only talk about overall control board and the scanner drive board in the service manual.
