konica minolta pro c500 security lines on color copy (black monocrom copy is ok

We park a Konica Minolta bizhub PRO C500 equipment that at some point all had to reset (to reset the memory and Board) as it burned laser engine gave me no engine code. I changed the engine angled drive after installing laser black but my security streaks appeared and can not get rid of them. One copy is on magenta , one copy is on cyan.- descriptions security lines. in service mode the machine printing ok. in the working mode prin, copies in black (monocrom) copies is ok. color copies or color printig is on lines (security lines). please help

i did resset on the memory board right on the manulal of the konica 7085 "all solutions manual" but i thist is not dit right. sow 2 questions:

1: how resset memory board on konica minolta pro c500?
2. how get rid of security lines after resset memory board of the konica minolta pro c500?

solution for this problem:
replace controlller all 4 boards with prcb board form ATENTIONS ! same machines and rewrite firmware an is working.
problem is nv-ram .nv ram most rewrite in the konica-minolta factory .

Download the installation instructions from CSES and follow it as if the machine was brand new and you have just taken it out of the box. Simply miss out the shipping bracket sections and skip to the engine setup.

i just did that....and is not working...is need reset nvram in kkonica minolta factory....
for resolve the problem i replace all 4 boards....from the same machines., initiate exacly new one and is working verry well

Yes, if there is a mismatch between the boards from factory setup, a lot of hoops need to be jumped to correct the problem. Just tossing in a new board and walking away is a sure way to encounter issues like this.
