check for torn paper right before the paper enters the ADU.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Check the entrance guide plates on the right side of the ADU, they get bent easily and the rollers feeding in the paper don't apply pressure evenly.

        check this : http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ko...ew-6501-a.html and http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ko...ue-km6501.html

also you might have 0,5% skew on each side on your paper lenght. 13x19 on 19=0,5% skew on 1st side.

In the future, it would also be helpful for you to let us know what size the paper is, the weight, what tray it is being fed from and whether or not it is duplex.

All of this is important to know.
