[CQ] Konicaminolta B950

Hi There
Has anybody had this before: B950 making black marks on the sides of the paper. This is on the lead and trail edge and you only see it when there are a stack of paper on the exit tray. There is no marks where the printing is, only on the sides of the paper. It is doing it with all copies even single side face up. The machine is brand new ( 2 500 000 copies). Tested charge unit and dev unit and no change. Would appreciate any help.

I also have a KM bizhub pro 950 that is marking the lead edge of the copy.
the actual copy is perfectly clean however the edge is soiled.
my machine is one of the newer modified products , with the modified dev unit and
" fusing plate " .
The web was recently replaced and the fuser is clean and pristine.


any suggestions ?
