bizhub c350 gradation adjust problems

When we lift the adf and put the copy on the glass to scan it says "original left on glass" then reverts back to normal mode. Very strange. Can't go through the entire gradation adjust.

Any ideas?

try check your connection ADF with machine and then upgrade your firmware.

Or, could be as simple as the lid switch. Put a doc in and open it, then hit start, see what hoppen.
