    di650 lc drawer not functioning

    i have a di650 and the third drawer is not even pulling the paper out from the drawer, ive changed the paper feed mechanism with drawer number1 and number one works! 3 does not, i have tested the clutches with 4-9 21 and 22 and they click fine, even drawer three, but will not pull the paper. is the load of the paper pull causing this and the i/o test faulty?
    the main motor is working, drawer 1 and 2 run like wildfire, three does not.... please help

          There was a problem with d#3 that was an lcc.
          The problem was it not locking in tight.
          Watch if the drawer pops out when you try to feed out of it.
          Hold the drawer in and see if the jamming stops.
          Why do they call it common sense?

          If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

              Look for any damage to the plug in on the tray the drawer and check the sensors to see if machine knows it is closed. Does it lift when you close?

                      If it lifts and detects paper, you may have a board problem. It may not be getting the command to work.

                          yes i was thinkg that same thing,it starts to go though, but never gets the paper out to the registation, it just stops and in some cases it will run two pages then stop,? confusion usually means circt board... it is an old mach with over 900k but i have another with 1mil plus still running like a top.. go figure.
