    ineo/Bizhub C/+ 450 calibration..

    Good day..

    Any one encounter this type of problem in C450...

    Im about to calibrate the unit..
    1st, i must print a calibration pattern to be scanned on flaten glass, i use A3 size..
    and okey, it prints..

    BUT, when i put it on flatten glass and scan the pattern this error comes out;

    "scanner error"
    or somthimes
    "stabilization NG"

    any one encounter this? or suggestions?

      go to page 296 ( chapter 10.4.6) on the Version 3 aug 2006 service manual & adjust the scan area....i had the same problem on a C352
      Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

          aw... didnt notice that....
          but when photocopy function is used, its all okey!
          is it same with you still?

              hi...its ok..i did the same as you & posted it on this forum, thats how i got the answer. When you scan & copy its fine...it's only when you or the customer carries out the gradation. good luck
