    [CQ] FS-527 Jams with Stapled Sets J72-19

    The machine run offsets and one stapled set all day.

    The problem is after the first stapled set, the finisher will not spit it out. It sits in the staple section and the next pages come crashing in.

    This is a C452 but the FS-527 is found on many models.

    Again it will offset, so the finisher can spit out packets, just not stapled ones.

    I saw the bulletin for 72-19 code and have the new motor and bracket on order but I am really not sure that's it.

    Anyone seen this?

      Sorry that I can't help. About the only problem that I've had with the FS-527 is cracking elevator gear 18T when it passes the upper limit switch. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
