    [CQ] C652 missing print

    Hi
    i have problem with C652 ,the transfer belt and roller have been replaced but problem persists
    any help appriciated
    see attached image of C Y M K halftone images A3

      you need to do the stop test to determine where the problem is actually occurring.

          Ditto that. Run those images ledger/A3, then pop the door open when it's just reaching the fuser. Logically it's got to be primary or secondary transfer. Does the developed image on the primary belt look good? Does the unfused image on the paper look good? =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Is your waste box full of gritty stuff?!?! Looks like you've lost dev on ALL your IU's. How are the HV connections on the machine? I'd check them and be sure that they are clean. I'd be willing to bed you might have a HV unit that is going out and pulled dev.
                  Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                      Fixed should have spotted it sooner
                      rear arm of transfer roller holder broken underneath

                          I had one of those break last week, I repaired the broken part with a cable tie. What item did you order to fix this?
