    bizhub c224

    Hai dear friends,

    One of my bizhub c224 gives fade copy after one month rest. Before one month rest it was no problem.
    It gives very fade copies and no yellow,other colours are present ,but very light.Gradation is not possible because it shows p6,p7,p8,p9,p21and p28. This machine run only 40000 copies. I had check all drum units ,developer units and transfer belt but no one see abnormal.please help me with your valuable suggestions ...

    Most copier while they have a max number of copies they'll do a month also have "at least run this many" a month figure as well. I remember the C500, it was recommended that you ran at least 5000 copies on it a month or you'd have problems.
    Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

      Agreed. We have customers that buy color copiers for 25K black and 500 color per month. The next time they want to do a big color job, the color developer is dead, and they complain: " ... but we haven't even used color!"

      Exactly. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Check the toner value in DV. It should be around 7%...

          Hi,

          Sounds to me like a HV problem. Test with another HV board. Should sort out this problem. Common problem on this models

            Have you cleaned the IDC sensors?
            Copier dont like not being used, Try cleaning them then running 50 or so colour duplex prints
