[CQ] bizhub C220 - blue border at the lead edge when copying a green area

    Hello,

when copying a green area in duplex-mode, only the rear side shows a blue border at the lead edge (main scan direction). This effect only occurs on the rear side in duplex mode, the front side is perfect. In one-sided copy mode the result is perfect, too.
It seems to me, that the transver of the yellow color is faulty.

looks like it just happens on the lead edge, could be because curl in paper on 2nd side, try running it in heavy stock and see if it goes away, it will increase transfer voltage in heavy stock

Did you notice the lack of yellow along the bottom of the image also?

I'd run stabilization and gradation again.
Transfer might apply if it was only flip at the trailing edge, but I think I see it along the bottom also.
Is it any special kind of media?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Try to change the paper separation adjustment for 2nd side to -1 or -2.

Had something similar to this, ended up being a faulty HV board.
