    C500 ghosting reds

I have had a issue printing reds on this machine. Whenever I print red type, I get a ghosting affect around all of the type. It almost looks like the paper isn't absorbing all of the toner. I have tried multiple paper types and I get the same problem. Does anyone know a setting that might help eliminate this problem?

this usually happens after a developer change. Has it been serviced recently?

Well, what can I say. You need to get some some volume on the machine and this fault will disappear. This has been fixed on c6500 by spinning the dev tank in reverse, sorry no real fix for c500. There is a vs/vp dip switch but it doesn't really make a lot of difference.
