yellow background print bizhub c364

I use a bizhub c364.
Yesterday it started printing all yellow background for any colored print i have. gues it might be some sort of yellow toner spill. but it does not do this when i do a print in greyscale. pls what can be done!

Most likely, replace the yellow image unit.

Have you tried to use the corona cleaner?

Cut a long strip of paper and slide it under the yellow drum and block the laser glass. If the yellow goes away then the laser is the problem.

Remove the high voltage board and assemble it,make sure that all connections are touching properly

upgrade to a newer machine.
or maybe tell us what you have done so far? like any of the advice above?
