    WOW, I am really impressed with these machines. I finished class today and aced the course. And cant wait for the 65,75 speed machines to come out.

      did they say they were coming out with faster models, and if so, when? we have been told that this the fastest they were getting.

        ? can't remember seeing anything about 65-75 colour machines on the roadmap. sure you didn't mean the new 62/82 page black/white taskalfas?

          yes, they are working on a high production machine after the taskalfa technology.

            i'll have to verify that with my 'insider'. can't see they do that with the voyager platform, so that would be a brand new machine. anyway: that would be interresting. a giant colour-kyo with 4 mill. yield drums, 500' dev, 50' toner, stepping motors like 8030 and vacum-feed like 7530. that would be something. totally unlikely though.

              in a week or 2 they will have low end color machines, I cant wait to see them and try them out.

                new info just in- machine is coming out at the start of the new year. I also found out its based from a canon machine with kyo parts.

                    Well, the official release of the 550C, 650C & 750C was today & to our surprise............................it's a Toshiba! <SIGH>

                        how did that come to be? is it not based on the other TaskAlpha design?

                          From what I was told, they are selling the EStudio 6530C series for a year to 18 mos. until they get their own into production.
