    [CQ] M3540idn CQ issue

I'm getting a repetitive CQ issue that points right to the charge roller, as it measures 30mm, tho random, but it isn't the roller. I've swapped them. The drum is rather new, replaced a week or so before. I'm not seeing anything wrong with transfer roller, dev roller or any other. I could just start swapping all of them if I had them on hand but I'd like to avoid that if anyone else has seen this issue and what the fix was.

It looks like the black drum to me. Whichever charge you put into the black unit will still arc to the drum if the coating is worn through. You should be able to see it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Since this is M3540idn, it looks like transfer roller to me. That is, since you replaced charger roller and drum.

I'm with Kyo fan, I've seen this mark before and it was the Developer for me on several occasions.
