concerning the TA 3501 with fax...this customer has incoming fax go directly to a folder...no print-out report for send or receive... is there a way for the customer to monitor the fax queue to see which faxes did not get transmitted? ... we are new to the Kyocera ... thanks in advance for your help...

You mean like the job log? I'm pretty sure you can view that from the Command Center. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If I recall under Job Status/Cancel on the Sending tab I believe you can print a job log somewhere...not 100% sure but worth a look....

Status/Job Cancel --> Fax --> Menu --> outgoing fax report print

I don't have that model but this is close... if that's what you are looking for

If a fax was unable to be sent to the folder or email for any reason, you get an error code at the MFP & the page will print once you acknowledge it. They will never get lost.
          Hope that helps !
