    Copystar CS 2550 Ghostning

I have a Copystar 2550 driving me crazy. Toner is sticking to Fuser causing ghosting and overall crappy copies. I put in a new maintenance kit , it was due, and still same issue. I tried another transfer roller, another developer , another drum, another fuser , Raising fuser temp, lowering fuser temp and three different toners. And yes OEM Toner. I saw something about a new style fuser roller? Counting the fuser that was in before I started, three fusers all causing same problem. And all fusers are OEM and purchased in last year. Anyone run into this before? If so please , any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Plain paper. And when I change to heavy , thinking a little slower and more heat would help, it was worse

Firmware up to date ? I recall something in a firmware that fixed that, may be a different model though.
        Hope that helps !

It seems the center of fuser is the worse. Towards ends it stays clean. The fusers throughout the last few years they had the machine, always crapped out early and all were due to the roller coating. But a new fuser would fix problem for a while. This time , no.

What about fans? Are they all running, and blowing in the correct direction? If you have a thermocouple you can check the internal temperature of the machine on longer runs. I would expect it to stabilize around 85F internal, depending on where you place the probe.

As an experiment, you might remove the covers from the left side of the machine and run a few. =^..^=

Firmware hasn't been updated. I left them a loaner to give me some breathing room. And planned that as my next step.
