Customer is using OEM toner. Doesn't appear to be a chip of any kind on the toner cartridge but machine kept displaying this error until I replaced the Cyan ctg. Error doesn't say which ctg is not seated correctly, had to find out one at a time. Same problem happened a month ago with yellow. After removing and reinstalling it several times the error went away. Not finding any bulletins or anything on this

There is a 35 pages bulletin that covers this problem (plus several other problems). You need to order GEMINI MODIFICATION KIT that is rather cheap, but takes 8-10 hours to replace.

I did one of these kits on the printer version. Picked the machine up at 4pm the day before, started at 8am the next morning and finished at 4pm that afternoon . It definitely takes a full work day to get it done.Comment

I had 9 hours in the first one. With some practice and self written instructions I got it down to 6 hours. That's without the cell ringing every quarter hour. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Technical Bulletin #2 for the 2126 adresses this. If that doesn't work, you'll have to do all of the updates in Tech Bulletin #2 for the 2626.Comment
