[CQ] 2551ci cmy not lighned up with black

When I run sim 469 my colors cmy are a patch width off of black. so when I make a copy black is by itself and the colors are trailing. Again it's a 2551ci with the latest firmware I tried sim 21, 467 to off reboot and turn back on didn't help. C-7620 I just found out it throws also timing issue with belt read sensors its funny the code does not display on lit screen but it does count on event log.

Had something similar on the 4550Ci's and on some A4 printers. We needed to run the manual registration multiple times (8-10 times) until it was reasonably lined up. Then you can run the auto-registration.

Had a 4550Ci that we couldn't even manually line up with the hex key. Had to replace the laser on that one.

Not sure if the 2551Ci has the manual adjustment of the lasers - would need to check the manual.

Check all your colors in 089. I've seen the density light on a color which throws off the auto registration that the machine does. It eventually get so far out of whack you have to manually adjust it.
            Hope that helps !
