    What "kits" are you referring too, and are you having to do this on brand new finishers? We're still seeing lots of finisher jams - even on brand new machines. Kyocera says we're the only ones, maybe I should send them this thread.

      I have had a number of 4 series machines throwing finisher codes on DF 7120 I have found a couple of things that may be of use. 1 make sure the stack height mod per black cat (2mm higher on tray 3 and 4) has been done. 2 Adjust fuser temp 161 down by 10 degrees under the print section of 161 fuser adjustment The jams were mainly happening after a prolonged period of sleep by the MFP
