    Kyocera fuser jams

I've had to adjust lead margin for fuser jams on full page, solid color pictures on a cs6052ci. They jam nasty and there appears to be no dial or pressure release that allows customer to at least attempt their own removal. We don't sell a lot of full size Kyocera so possibly there's a procedure I'm not aware of?

    Thanks in advance.

You probably know this, but running either 8-1/2x11 R or on heavier paper will remedy the issue.
    Hope that helps !

I believe, I hope, I remedied it by increasing the leading edge. It was seriously 2mm from edge out of box.
Besides, r direction doesn't work well with LCC.

I was just surprised there was no way to remove paper without ripping it to shreds. Maybe the fuser has a retraction setting or something. Admittedly, when this type of jam occurs the paper travels underneath the metal guide plate

2mm is not enough void for 300% fill. 3.5mm to 5.0mm void is better for heavy fill. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks. I wish I had re-worded my post. I was mainly lamenting the lack of jam removal aides in the fuser section.

The fuser has only disengage mechanism from main drive. Once rolled up. You gotta strip it out. Its lame, I know but that's how it is unfortunately.
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

Sometimes it's easier to just pull the fuser and remove the jam.
