Re: FS 8520 Banding Colors, Should I replace drums and developer or machine ?
My guess is that you've got a broken yellow developer spacer. When the yellow drum gets too close to the yellow mag roller the developing roller will arc to the drum, shutting down the HVT momentarily. When the primary charge drops out you'll get a bar of C, M, Y, and K.
Why do I think it's yellow? Well it could be any color ... but that yellow feature at the right of your page is an incomplete yellow bar that did not cause the HVT to completely drop out. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

BlackCat like many other Techs here are very helpful...Just be sure to " Like " and " Thank " someone that has provided a proper fix. This is the way that we techs build our " Rep " here.Comment

Another way you can express your appreciation is to help others with your experience. And you will get that experience, just takes some time and persistence.
I give extra consideration to those that can be seen offering their advice, and take the time to gather accurate complete observations. So far so good. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
