Google translate does pretty decent job although I must admit I am still not sure what they really need.
    I think it's a frustrated user.

I'm done. You've just created a lot more work for yourself with this "cure-all" factory reset. =^..^=

Actually...can you refrase your initial question please?

Do you have trouble feeding from the manual/bypass tray? Left hand side.

    Or

    Feeding from cassettes? Under machine.

Sometimes when wrong format of paper is defined for example A3 and you print on A4 it will always jam.

100k is about right to replace the roller kit. Bet SEP roller is flat without ribs. Modified pick roller should have black colour.

If it doesn't feed at all...when you take the rear cover off...does it try to rotate the clutch at least? Can you see it? Clean the clutch for that tray, and assemble it back properly.

Whilst at it. Remove the feed rollers and observe anything unusual.
Is the pick roller sliding on the shaft and if does it mesh properly with the gear of feed roller?
Are they not by any chance the other way around? As there is one way bearing on the feed roller meaning the shaft when turned the feed roller should lock on the shaft and start turning. Is this happening?

Is the feed sensor arm bent or broken or missing the pullback spring?

    Is the feed sensor dirty?

    ... Can you answer ?

I feel that the machine is abnormal
When you press the print key, you try to pull the paper out of the hand side cabinet for one sheet of paper.
If you do not put a paper stand and get out the number of j11 error code.

If it were me I think I would drive out to the site and maybe look at the machine. Maybe something will bite you on the ass. =^..^=
