TA Smearing on rear side of 1 sided copy. (Pic attached) I did the toner curve adjustment which has solved this problem in the past but no resolution. Any help would be very appreciated !!

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Yes, replace the transfer belt assy. That's common on just about any color copier, but I've never seen one that bad unless it's been doing it for awhile.Comment
