Konica Minolta dealers sell them. I've sold two Kip 860's and both doing good after about a year.

Few years back you couldn't find a color "laser"wide format for under $50k. You can get this Kip delivered with PDF option for around $25k (cost) sell for $28 - $30k

I've done the training, got 2 installed and a 3rd going in soon, seem to be reliable...I've probably spooked things now
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

Also wanted to add. You should be factory trained to work on these. The setup take 8 hours over 2 days. First day machine has to be leveled with a precision water level. Check & level again 2nd day after machine settles (metal plates under feet should be used if on carpet). Then continue with setup.

Do you set up these in the shop or at the customers location?

Customer location. Even moving across the room you'd do the leveling all over again.

Setup at customers office. As other poster wrote, once leveled and setup shouldn't be moved.

Few other things, should use 2 people to setup because of how big & heavy transfer belt is, etc.
and pay close attention to room size requirements. It needs a lot of room around machine to remove transfer belts drums, etc.

Plus it is very noisy (even when idle) so best not to have near desks. I've had complaints that people can't hear while on the phone because of it being so loud.
