That looks like the polygon motor needs to be cleaned. That's usually the case when it's light on the front frame side.
    Hope that helps !

If i read correctly you say 3 machines are doing this? I would be putting a voltage regulator not a surge suppressor on one of the machines to see if that helps figure out a power fluctuation especially low voltage output.

Are those pages run LEF or SEF? I think we've all been assuming that it was LEF. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

As Blackcat questioned, is it LEF or SEF? Since you stated that you have three of these units at your customer exhibiting the same problem, I would have to assume that it is not an internal machine problem as some of the samples you provided were machine generated reports eliminating any network/computer issues. It is statistically unlikely that you would have three units suddenly have the same issue, a machine problem. As Craigster suggested you should be looking at a potential power problem in the outlet voltage. One thing you failed to mention are these three units in the same location? Renting a power analyser and attaching it between one of the units so it can record power problems could help.

                    is the toner from Kyo?
                    does it only affect black?
                    how does u89 sample look?
maybe give black developer a vigorous shake end-to-end and see if there's any effect. might be blockage in dv.
