[CQ] M2535 destroying devs and drums

I have a client that has a number of these machines as well as other Kyocera devices. Several, but not all of the M2535s have suffered this problem and it is still ongoing.
It first came to my attention a year or so ago.
Attended a call and found the drum worn out and the dev roller also badly scored.
Replaced both under warranty. Machine had done about 30k
A couple of weeks later another machine on site had the same symptoms. Same fix applied.
A few weeks later the first machine was back in with the same problem, drum and dev stuffed. This time the client mentioned the machine has been running when they come in first thing in the morning. They press the stop button and it stops running. Sadly no notice was taken of the screen or what it was saying. Drum and dev had lasted less than 10k.
Another tech in another area has also experienced this issue within the same car dealer network, also with no explanation or fix.
Genuine toners have been used in all machines
Local dealer support has no answers
To date approximately 15 devs and drums have been replaced under warranty on this site. All firmwares are up to date.
    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Wow! That's pretty severe wear. I wonder if it isn't some sort of toner density issue, in which the machine tries to perpetually re-calibrate? I'll be interested in the responses. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Time for a comprehensive voltage check at the site?

I have a client who has (2) M2535 located in the same room and 1 of them had the same problem. The machine had a low count ~ 25k and also replaced the drum and developer units.
My particular machine was located near a window and the sun would shine directly on it during the morning hours. The machine has since been moved to another city so I'm unsure if that was the fix.
