      when you said 'dead'

      no lights on control pnl?
      is 'energy save" on?

I WOULD NOT REPLACE ANY BOARD till I knew for sure that is the problem.

some newbie techs will jump right on "board replacement" before they logically think the problem thru. Boards cost $$$$$ and I refuse to waste money UNTIL I know for sure that is the issue.
If you find out a board is needed, then I would contact these folks:

        Two things I'd do first:
        1) Attempt firmware.
        2) Remove the fuser and see if the machine will boot to an error.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

no single light on pannel and but i can hear the sound of rotation, fans, even scanner comes to home after i lift up the ADU but no display these as my research says that this is a failure of main logic board because the panel is directly connected with logic board
thus, i still believe that this problem can be solved by firmware update but i dont have firmware if you could help me for finding its firmware it would be very gentle of you
