    to start you have to pull all the toner out of the drum units. Is the toner genuine? You need to update the firmware.

        Usually the "comet drops" are dark. Caused by transfer belt. No fix, issues goes back years, over several different models.

        I'm Kyocera's biggest fan but their desktop color is plagued with issues.

          Even the brand new color desktop transfer belts have comets.
