    Triumph adler 2506ci

    hello, the cyan changed to a new drum.where there might be a problem.
    TA 2506ci (kyocera 2552ci).

    problem suddenly appeared? Can you check the development units / drum?

      When you installed the new drum did you press that little square gray button on the front of the cyan developing unit? That button swivels the developing roller close to the drum. When not pressed, you get no developing. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        I just went thru this, it turned out to be the cyan laser....had no error code other then color registration codes only listed on the event log

                  If it is a 2552ci type machine I don't think the square gray button is there, those are used on the higher speed machines

                      check coupling for drum drive.
                      Have had several cases with no more drum drive after mounting from new drum.
