C4600 TASKalfa 5052ci

Hi guys,

I have a problem with a 5052ci

When i switch on the machine, the machine starts up and after 15 a 20 sec. the machine gives error C4600.

I already replaced:

LSU (complete unit)
flatcables LSU-Engine pwb
engine pwb

Main pwb.

any suggestion would we welcome

Did you update to the latest firmware version? currently Version: 04.04.0040 there are several corrective measures with this release.

What is your firmware version? The current version is 4.07.

What happens if you set U474/ Cycle to "0" or "2000"?
At the moment system reached the 1000 cycle and want`s to run the cleaning, maybe we can stop it and getting entrance to check the motor by U474.
Please remember that at same connector we have the waste toner motor. Broken/ blocked waste motor and maybe no more 24V present for LSU cleaning.
Have heard from 1 similar case in past.

Hi Guys,

the cleaning motor is part of the LSU (is replaced)
Firmware is 04.05.0030

Settings in U474 has no effect.

I would re-flash the firmware first. Sometimes it gets corrupt and can cause errors. Do the full install and not the Turbo, that way you get the whole package. I have seen corrupt firmware cause errors before and re-flashing it with the firmware Pack and not the Turbo Pack helped fix the problem. Worth a shot.

Has there been any resolution to this problem we're getting a C 4600 on a taskalfa 6052ci firmware updated whole LSU replaced whole engine board whole main board ribbon cables checked

Have had C4600 because of broken waste toner motor!
Same connector YC27 on engine pwb.
