    m2540 jamming in fuser

Anyone have experience with M2540 jamming in fuser. Replaced fuser. Still jamming about halfway out. A little further out sometimes. Thanks, Chris

    hmmm.

    Jam codes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          If no J4211, only J4219

I had one that would evaporate the moisture out of the paper and it would condense above the fuser and caused a similar issue...but I don't' remember the code that it was giving

If you replaced the fuser with a new updated fuser and not one from an existing unit, I agree with Kyo_OEM, check the drive gears in the fuser drive section as the tech bulletin illustrates. You could have a broken fuser drive gear.
