[Dead] 5003i stuck on welcome screen

Stuck on welcome screen. Called hotline. Rep. Ssd board first. No luck. Now replaced main board. Still no luck. Any ideas to do next? Hard drive? Thanks

do you can hear startup motor turning?
If not, change low voltage pwb
Have had similar cases with "welcome","running security function" or "program loading" message
If yet, look for operation panel

Try disconnecting the adf including removing the adf interface board. If it boots then replace the adf interface board.

We are talking about onboard mounted 4GB memory.
Main PWb would already changed

Every time we have had a stuck on welcome screen, replaced HDD and fixed it.

i agree with scott at old systems, but we are talking about Iris systems.
New controlling, new failures.
On Iris systems we have Main + MMI FW on SSD card.
If MMI FW missing you get stuck in welcome.
"Welcome" message is component from panel FW itselfs not from MMI FW.
Startup system --> Panel startup--> "Welcome" on the screen visible --> if we have communication between Main PWB <--> Operation PWB--> screen will change to "program loading" --> finally "Ready"
If no communication possible, screen stucks in welcome.
Have heard similar cases from all over the world and mostly it would solved by new operation panel, new power supply pwb and/ or new SSD....
But maybe you got the solution from scott....

Did new hard drive this AM. No luck. Will not go past blue welcome screen no matter what you do. Gonna reload or redownload fw again. Thanks all

Did you try my suggestion of disconnecting the adf and removing the adf interface board?

I would try the power source pwb or at least check the 24v out from it.

Fixed it. Reloaded fresh fw. Took it 3rd time. All good! Tks
